  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. Karo syrup
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 1/4 c. broken pecans
  • 9-inch pastry shell

Directions

    Cream butter.

    Add sugar, syrup and beaten eggs.

    Add pecans and vanilla.

    Pour into a 9-inch plain pastry shell.

    Bake at 425° for 10 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350° for 50 minutes.
