  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 c. dark brown sugar
  • 1 c. light corn syrup
  • 1 (9-inch) pastry shell, unbaked
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. butter, melted

Directions

    Beat eggs until light.

    Add sugar gradually, then syrup, salt, vanilla, butter and pecans.

    Pour into pastry shell and cook approximately 60 minutes in preheated oven at 360°.

    Crust should be light brown.
