  • 1 unbaked deep dish pie shell
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c. corn syrup
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

    Beat with a mixer for just a minute. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 450° for 10 minutes, then turn down to 350° and cook for 40 or 45 minutes. Cool and serve.
