  • 1/2 c. cream
  • 1/2 c. dark corn syrup
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. pecans

Directions

    Melt butter; add sugar, vanilla, corn syrup, cream, eggs, salt and cinnamon and mix well.

    Add pecans and pour into 9-inch pie crust.

    Bake at 350° for about 40 minutes.
