- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 c. dark syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. light brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 1 frozen or homemade 9-inch pie shell
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2In a large bowl, beat eggs, sugar, syrup, butter and salt until smooth.

3Stir in pecans and pour into shell. Bake 10 minutes.

4Reduce heat to 325° and bake 35 minutes or until center is firm.

5Remove from oven and cool.
