- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. red Karo
- 2 whole eggs
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- butter (size of egg)
- vanilla to taste
Directions

1Mix sugar, Karo, butter and flour and set over a low heat, stirring constantly, until sugar is melted.

2Remove from heat and add well beaten eggs and vanilla, also pecans.

3Turn into unbaked pie shell and bake in slow oven until mixture will not shake in the middle or until knife blade inserted in filling comes out clean.
