  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

    Add syrup, milk, vanilla, slightly beaten eggs and pecans.

    Pour into unbaked 9-inch pie crust. Bake 45 minutes in moderate oven.
