  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 c. light corn syrup
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. light brown sugar
  • 1 (9-inch) pie shell, uncooked
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. butter, melted

Directions

    Beat eggs. Add sugar gradually, then syrup, salt, vanilla, butter and pecans.

    Pour into pie shell and cook at 360° for about 60 minutes or until crust is light brown.
