- 1/2 c. butter
- 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 6 Tbsp. milk
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp. vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Directions

1Melt butter; set aside to cool.

2Mix flour and sugar together. Add milk and eggs; beat well.

3Stir in vinegar and vanilla.

4Add melted butter and nuts.

5Pour into unbaked pie shell.

6Bake at 300° for about 1 hour.
