  • 1/2 c. white corn syrup
  • 1/4 c. melted Parkay
  • 3 well beaten eggs
  • 1 c. pecans (heaping)
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

Directions

    Combine sugar, white syrup and melted butter.

    Add well beaten eggs and mix.

    Add pecans.

    Pour into pie crust.

    Bake at 350° until done, about 35 to 45 minutes.

    Shake pie until it won't shake in the middle.
