  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. Karo
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. strong coffee
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. pecans
  • unbaked pie crust

Directions

    Cream the sugar and butter. Add syrup and coffee. Beat eggs well, then add vanilla and rest of ingredients.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 450° for about 45 minutes.
