  • 1/2 c. white sugar
  • 1 c. corn syrup
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1 deep-dish pie crust

    Preheat oven to 350°. Beat eggs. Add sugar, corn syrup, butter and vanilla. Mix well. Add pecans. Pour into pie shell. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
