  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. Karo syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 c. pecans

Directions

    Mix sugar, syrup, vanilla and salt together.

    Add to beaten eggs.

    Pour into uncooked pie shell and sprinkle pecans on top. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350° for 30 minutes.
