- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 3/4 c. dark Karo syrup
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 c. pecan pieces
- 1 (9-inch) pie shell, unbaked
Directions

1Combine eggs, sugar, syrup, salt, vanilla, butter and nuts. Mix thoroughly.

2Pour into pie shell. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325°.

3Bake 25 minutes longer.
