  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. white syrup
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1 unbaked pie shell
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. pecans

Directions

    Beat eggs until smooth. Add sugar, syrup, melted butter, chopped pecans and vanilla. Pour into pie crust.

    Sprinkle more pecans along top of pie and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
