  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. flour or a little more
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3/4 c. dark syrup
  • 1/4 c. light syrup
  • 1 c. pecans

    Mix in order.

    Bake crust 3 minutes at 400°.

    Pour mixture into crust.

    Bake at 375° for 5 to 8 minutes.

    Then bake an additional 30 to 40 minutes at 325°.

    Maybe not quite that long, keep checking the center.

    When it cracks, it's done.
