- 1 c. broken pecans
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1/4 c. white sugar
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. dark Karo syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- pinch of salt
Directions

1Break up 1 cup of pecans and sprinkle on bottom of unbaked deep dish pie crust.

2Melt butter.

3Mix eggs, butter, sugars, syrups, vanilla and salt together well.

4Then pour into pie shell. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour, until almost set.
