  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. margarine or butter
  • 1 c. light corn syrup
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1 pie crust

Directions

    Cream sugar and margarine. Add syrup and salt. Beat well. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add pecans. Pour into shell. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.

    Insert toothpick in the center of pie to check if it is done. If not, cook for 10 minutes longer.
