  • 1 unbaked pie shell
  • 1 c. pecans (halves or chopped)
  • 3 whole eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. white Karo
  • 2 Tbsp. cream
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    Put pecans in unbaked pastry shell. Mix other ingredients. Pour over nuts (pecans will float when coated). Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
