- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 3 Tbsp. soft butter
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Mix all together except pecans.

2Mix well with whip or rotary beater.

3Put nuts in bottom of unbaked pie shell.

4Pour filling over nuts.

5Bake in 300° oven about 1 hour or until knife blade inserted in center comes out with a slightly thickened custard-like filling clinging to the knife for a moderately firm pie.
