  • 1 unbaked pie crust
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. white corn syrup
  • 3 eggs, beaten separately
  • 1/2 stick oleo
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. pecans

    Cream sugar and oleo. Add syrup, beaten eggs and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Stir in pecans and pour in unbaked pie crust. Bake at approximately 275° for 45 minutes.
