  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1 c. light corn syrup
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1 single crust pastry

Directions

    Cream the sugar and butter. Add syrup and salt; beat well. Beat in eggs, one at a time, and add pecans.

    Pour into a 9-inch pastry lined pie pan. Bake in moderate oven at 350° for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until done.
