- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. Karo syrup
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 1/2 to 2 c. pecans, chopped
Directions

1Roll pastry 1/8-inch thick.

2Line a 9-inch pie pan.

3Mix remaining ingredients together, adding pecans last.

4Pour into pastry shell.

5Bake in hot oven (400°) for 15 minutes.

6Reduce heat to moderate (350°) and bake 30 to 35 minutes longer or until a silver knife inserted in the center of filling comes out clear. Enjoy!!!
