  • 1 1/4 c. self-rising flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

    Beat eggs; add sugar and beat again.

    Beat in margarine and vanilla.

    Add flour and beat well.

    Fold in pecans.

    Pour into two greased pie pans.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until brown. Serve warm or cold.
