  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. chopped pecans
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 sticks oleo
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring

Directions

    Blend flour and sugar and set aside.

    Mix all liquids together after melting oleo.

    Stir all together, leaving pecans until last. Stir well.

    Pour into large cake pan that has been sprayed with nonstick spray and bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
