  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 3/4 c. corn syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Melt the oleo in an 8 x 8 x 2-inch square pan.

    Mix the flour, brown sugar and baking powder.

    Pour the melted oleo over the mixture.

    Mix well, then pat firmly into the greased pan. Bake about 10 minutes at 350°.
