  • 1 c. dark corn syrup
  • 1 c. pecan halves
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. Egg Beaters
  • 9-inch chilled pastry shell

Directions

    Mix sugar, syrup, nuts, vanilla, salt and Egg Beaters.
