- 1 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 2/3 c. melted butter
- 2 eggs, beaten
Directions

1In a bowl, combine brown sugar, flour and pecans; set aside. Combine butter and eggs; mix well.

2Stir into flour mixture just until moistened.

3Fill greased and floured lined miniature muffin cups 2/3 full.

4Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until muffin test done.

5Remove immediately to cool.

6Yield about 2 1/2 dozen.
