- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 2/3 cup (1 1/3 sticks) butter, melted
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 350F.

2Place paper liners in 9 muffin cups and spray with nonstick cooking spray.

3In a large bowl, combine the pecans, sugar, and flour.

4Make a well in the center of the mixture.

5In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until foamy.

6Add the melted butter and stir to combine.

7Pour the egg mixture into the well in the dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.

8Spoon the batter into the cups, filling each two-thirds full.

9Bake the muffins for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in a muffin.

10Remove the muffins from the pans immediately and cool on wire racks.
