- 2 sticks margarine
- 1/2 c. Crisco
- 3 c. sugar
- 5 large eggs
- 3 1/4 c. plain flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring
- 1/8 tsp. lemon flavoring
- 1 1/2 c. pecans
Directions

1Cream together margarine and Crisco.

2Add sugar and eggs, one at a time.

3Add flour, salt and baking powder alternately with milk and flavorings.

4Add pecans last.

5Beat well.

6Pour in a 10-inch tube pan which has been greased with Pam spray. Bake at 300° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
