Pecan Puffs

Directions

   Cream together butter and sugar.

   Add a little at a time: cake flour and chopped pecans.

   Roll into small balls and bake on greased cookie sheet at 300°

   for 45 minutes, or until golden brown.

   Roll in confectioners sugar while hot.

   These freeze well.
