Pecan Puffs

Directions

   Beat oleo until soft.

   Add sugar and blend until creamy.

   Add vanilla and flour; stir in pecans.

   Roll into small balls.

   Bake on greased sheet at 300° for 45 minutes.

   While hot, roll in confectioners sugar.

   Roll again when cool.

   Makes approximately 3 dozen cookies.
