- 1 c. margarine
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. water
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Cream the margarine and sugar.

2Add water and vanilla.

3Mix well.

4Blend in flour and pecans.

5Chill 4 hours.

6Shape in balls or fingers.

7Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 325° for 20 minutes.

8Remove from pan and sift confectioners sugar on cookies. Makes about 3 dozen.
