  • 1 c. butter
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. sifted flour
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. water
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla and water. Mix well. Add flour. Mix and add pecans. Chill for 4 hours. Shape in balls or fingers. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 325° for 20 minutes. Remove when cooled slightly and roll in powdered sugar. Makes 3 dozen.
