  • 1 lb. butter (not margarine)
  • 4 c. flour
  • 3/4 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 to 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Preheat oven to 325°.

    Cream butter and powdered sugar.

    Add vanilla.

    Then add flour a little at a time.

    Then add pecans. Shape into disc or drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in a 325° oven for 20 to 25 minutes.

    Roll in powdered sugar.
