  • 1 stick oleo (room temperature)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/3 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 c. plain flour
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Mix oleo, vanilla and powdered sugar, then add flour and chopped pecans.

    Roll into balls in palms of hand. Bake at 300° for about 10 minutes.

    Cool slightly.

    Roll in powdered sugar. These freeze well too.
