- 1/2 cups Golden Brown Sugar
- 1-3/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 cup Pecans, Chopped
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°F. In a mixing bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and salt. Mix well. With the mixer on low, gradually add flour, beating just until combined. Fold in pecans.

2Roll dough into 1 1/2-inch balls and place on two baking sheets, 2 inches apart. Lightly flatten each ball.

3Bake until cookies are golden brown, 13-15 minutes. Transfer to wire racks and cool.
