- 1 lb. acorn squash
- 4 Tbsp. pecans, chopped
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. brown Sugar Twin
- 4 each graham crackers, crushed
- 4 Tbsp. diet margarine, softened
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Directions

1Pierce squash in several places to allow steam to escape. Place in microwave oven.

2Microwave on High for 6 minutes.

3Cut squash crosswise into halves and remove seeds.

4Arrange, cut side down, on microwavable serving plate.

5Cover tightly and microwave for 7 to 9 minutes or until tender.

6Remove stems and cut thin slice from pointed ends to prevent tipping.
