  • 1/2 tsp. almond extract
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. graham cracker crumbs

    Add baking powder to egg whites and beat well.

    Add sugar, pecans and flavorings.

    Fold in crumbs.

    Bake in two well-greased 10-inch pie pans for 30 minutes at 350°.
