- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 2 c. sifted flour
Directions

1Mix 1/2 cup margarine and 1/2 cup sugar.

2Stir in 2 egg yolks, 1 teaspoon almond extract, and 2 cups sifted flour.

3Press evenly into tiny tart shells or miniature muffin cups.

4Bake in 400°F oven 8-10 minutes.
