  • 3/4 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 Tbsp. oleo, melted
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2/3 c. chopped pecans
  • cream cheese shells

Directions

    Combine first 5 ingredients; mix well.

    Spoon 1 teaspoon filling into pastry shell.

    Bake tarts at 350° for 17 minutes. Garnish with cream.

    Makes 2 dozen.
