- 2 sticks margarine
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- crushed pecans
- 1/2 lb. cream cheese
- 2 1/4 c. brown sugar (1 lb.)
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- pinch of salt
Directions

1Mix

2margarine and cheese.

3Add flour. Roll into balls and chill

4overnight.

6into small tart tins.

7Sprinkle crushed pecans on bottom of each tart and add following, mixed together: brown

8sugar, eggs, butter, vanilla and salt.

9Bake at 350°

10for 20 to 25 minutes, or until well-browned.

11Makes 4 to 5 dozen tarts.
