  • 3/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 egg
  • pinch of salt
  • Cream Cheese Patty shells

Directions

    Combine sugar, margarine, egg, vanilla extract, salt and pecans in a small saucepan.

    Cook over low heat, stirring frequently, until mixture is melted and well blended.

    Fill each shell half full with filling.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. Makes 15.
