- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. sifted flour
- 3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- dash of salt
- 1 small pkg. cream cheese
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 Tbsp. melted margarine
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- finely chopped pecans
Directions

1Melt margarine and work in cream cheese.

2Work in flour. Shape crust into tiny muffin tins and fill with pecans.

3Beat egg and sugar and beat well.

4Stir in margarine mixture, salt and vanilla.

5Put 1 teaspoon of mixture into each muffin tin.

6Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

7Reduce heat to 250° and bake 10 minutes longer.
