- 1 c. butter
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 6 (1 3/8 oz.) milk chocolate bars or 1 1/4 c. milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1In deep narrow saucepan, melt butter and sugar; boil to 300°, hard candy stage.

2Stir constantly.

3Pour into greased 9 x 9-inch pan.

4Layer chocolate over hot candy; spread evenly when melted.

5Sprinkle with pecans; press lightly.

6Refrigerate 1 hour (no longer).

7Turn out and break into pieces.
