- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. macaroni (2 c. uncooked)
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 small green pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 (15 oz.) cans chili with beans
- 1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Cook macaroni and drain.

2Melt butter; add green pepper and onion.

3Cook until tender (not brown).

4Add chili, corn, seasoned salt and pepper.

5Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.

6Stir in macaroni.

7Top with shredded cheese.

8Cover and cook on low for 5 minutes.

9Makes 6 servings.
