- 1 1/2 lb. top sirloin, cut into strips
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. dry sherry
- 1/2 c. beef broth
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
- 1 pkg. noodles
Directions

1Heat oil in skillet.

2Add beef and set aside.

3Add butter to skillet.

4Add mushrooms and cook 5 minutes.

5Add sherry and boil 2 minutes.

6Add beef broth and cornstarch.

7Stir in sour cream.

8Add beef and heat 1 to 2 more minutes.

9Do not boil.

10Serve over noodles.
