- 1/2 box lasagna noodles
- 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 30 oz. Ragu sauce (thick and hearty)
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Directions

1Cook ground beef; drain.

2Boil noodles until tender.

3Grease pan with butter or margarine.

4Spread thin layer of sauce on bottom of pan, then put layer of noodles, layer of sauce, layer of Ricotta cheese, sprinkle layer of meat and sprinkle layer of Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese.

5Repeat process 3 times to make 3 layers of ingredients.

6Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour in a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
