- 1/2 c. boiling water
- 3 egg whites
Directions

1Moisten cornstarch with a little bit of cold water.

2Stir in boiling water with sugar added.

3Cook until clear.

4Cool completely.

5Beat egg whites stiff.

6Gradually add cooked cooled mixture to egg whites.

7Beat until mixture stands in stiff peaks. Spread over pie and brown in 350° oven.
