- 1 pound of pork ribs or chops cut into pieces
- Marinade
- 1 tsp sherry
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 1 bsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp of baking soda
- 1 tbsp of cornstarch
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp ice water
- Peking Sauce:
- 3 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp ketcup
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp water
- 1 tsp cornstarch (premix with a little water til smooth)
Directions

1Marinate pork for 3-4 hours

2Deep fry pork and set aside.

3Cook Peking sauce until it thickens and mix with Porkchops. Serve with rice.
