Ingredients

  • 1 pound of pork ribs or chops cut into pieces
  • Marinade
  • 1 tsp sherry
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • 1 bsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp of baking soda
  • 1 tbsp of cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp ice water
  • Peking Sauce:
  • 3 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp ketcup
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp cornstarch (premix with a little water til smooth)

    Marinate pork for 3-4 hours

    Deep fry pork and set aside.

    Cook Peking sauce until it thickens and mix with Porkchops. Serve with rice.
